A means to an end

BMP is about one thing only: making the best pasta possible and getting it into the mouths of as many people in Saint Louis as possible. Everything else, this website, social media, email lists, pop-ups, you name it is just a means to that end.

I have spent the last 16 years learning and refining my Italian cooking in some of the best restaurants in the country. I'm now at a point where I know that The food I make is truly remarkable, and I want to make this cuisine my gift to Saint Louis. No order will ever be taken for granted, as every order is literally my dream coming true.

At this point myself and a few local cooks dedicate our off time into this endeavor. As of now, the plan is to post a weekly menu to this site every Tuesday morning. Customers have from Tuesday until Friday to pre-order for pickup or delivery. All orders will be made fresh on Sunday, and available for pickup and delivery on Monday.
